Cowboys Against Cancer grants have provided over 5.5 million dollars to local Cancer patients since 1994.
Cowboys Against Cancer provides grants to Sweetwater County Residents, regardless of financial need. Annual grants of up to $3000 per applicant are available to defray costs of treatment, travel, and may be used at the applicant’s discretion.
To qualify for a grant from Cowboys Against Cancer you must have lived in Sweetwater County, Wyoming for a minimum of six (6) months, received a cancer diagnosis, and require treatment not available in Sweetwater County.
With the opening of a regional cancer center in Rock Springs, Cowboys Against Cancer now offers grants of $1,500 for local treatment and expenses. For those who must travel outside of Sweetwater County for treatment, Cowboys offers grants of $3,000.
