2018 CAC Survivor’s

Cowboys Against Cancer Survivor's 2018

As we celebrate Thanksgiving, we reflect on a time when strangers gathered to give thanks for the year that had passed and celebrate the bounty of life, despite its hardships. Cowboys Against Cancer’s Memory Wall celebrates those who have fought with cancer and remembers their contributions to our lives and families. Also, during our Benefit and Banquet, Cowboys Against Cancer celebrates cancer survivors by asking those present to come to the stage and be acknowledged in a moment of tribute, this year performed by Mikaela Goicoechea.

Our Dream

Our Dream

Merry Christmas from the volunteers of Cowboys Against Cancer. Since our November 2018 Benefit and Banquet, Cowboys Against Cancer has given over $50,000 in grants to help cancer patients in Sweetwater County, many being delivered this coming week. Those grants are only made possible by the generous support of our community, the sponsors, grant underwriters, and donors who contribute to Cowboys Against Cancer. Thank you. Cowboys Against Cancer's volunteers, including Al Harris, our host, Veldon Kraft, our auctioneer, Chef Michael Nook, and our chefs team, all share a dream that we adopted from Margaret Parry, our President and Founder. It's a dream that embodies the Christmas spirit of helping others. On behalf of everyone who volunteers their time and effort to Cowboys Against Cancer, we wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
