Cowboys Against Cancer’s Benefit and Banquet provides the financial support to help residents of Sweetwater County undergoing cancer treatment. Our grants help defray the costs of travel and medical expenses. Join the families, friends, and neighbors at the Benefit and Banquet for celebration and giving at the Sweetwater Events Complex.

No one fights cancer alone in Sweetwater County.
Cowboys Against Cancer is a 100% volunteer organization. In recognition, Cowboys Against Cancer has received a Four Star rating, the highest possible, by Charity Navigator, the world’s most trusted non-profit evaluator. Cowboys Against Cancer provide grants to cancer patients to help defray the costs of travel and other expenses associated with treatment. Each year, nearly 150 of your friends and relatives benefit from those grants. For those cancer patients being treated within Sweetwater County, a grant of $1,500 is available. For those whose treatment requires travel outside of Sweetwater County, Cowboys Against Cancer offers grants of $3,000.
Make a difference with us
Cowboys Against Cancer was inspired by Margaret Parry’s dream to help others dealing with a cancer diagnosis. As she recovered from her cancer battle, Margaret and her friends began planning a Benefit and Banquet to provide financial grants to assist cancer patients in Sweetwater County. From that small group, thousands of donors and volunteers have joined to help Cowboys Against Cancer give over Six Million Dollars to Sweetwater County cancer patients. Cowboys Agasint Cancer is an all-volunteer organization. Our volunteers spend hundreds of hour each year, throughout the year preparing for the Annual Benefit and Banquet. Among our most famous volunteers are the talented chefs who travel to Sweetwater County each year to share their culinary delights If you would like to join the efforts, please contact us.
